I thought the same thing but like everyone else in the thread has said, we already had foreshadowing that a mystery character new Toshizo. My only thoughts is maybe we are getting a twofer one from Britain and one from Japan. Would be nice to get some African or Middle Eastern heroes as well in the future but don't see it happening here.
