Realm Scans MD upload permission: anyone.
see the uploader's other uploads: also upload many other groups.
i highly doubt Electromaster has any relation with the actual Realm Scans group/member.

If you also look at some recent uploads they still have the old realmscans group pages on chapters. Probably going through everything that would count as realm that they can
