Couple months ago got this message:
Hello,

One of your comments in this thread has been edited because it has been found to be in violation of Rules 5.2.2 and/or 5.4.4.

This comment will not necessarily lead to further disciplinary action but repeated offenses may do so.

This is an automated message, do not reply. If you have questions about moderation, please contact a moderator on the staff.

Upon checking rules under 5 it was a warning about writing spoilers. Thing is, this site is the only access I have to that manga so CAN'T write spoilers because current chapter out is as far as I've read. Don't have access to raws, LN version or any other version of this manga so impossible to write a spoiler. Comment made was partly wishful thinking and partly an educated guess on what's going to happen next which may or may not occur so not a spoiler. Can't write spoilers because on same page as everybody else. Since message was automated can't point out was wrongfully accused or remove warning noted on account for something I didn't do.

I'm not an admni and i haven't read your comment so i neither can judge nor say for sure but my guess is that your comment in question was reported for spoilers.

If you made a comment like some I've seen where you say "X event will happen" or "Y person will do this" and you don't specify that it's just an idea or something you want to happen people will probably think you mean that you've seen the raws and know it will happen. I haven't seen your comment, no idea what it is, but on the off chance that you said "X will happen" instead of "I hope/think/etc X will happen" people likely will report it for spoilers because they think you're sharing knowledge instead of an idea/opinion/thought/hope/etc.

It’s happened to me before. I said something that had happened in the chapter. No access to future chapters. Be careful how you word things. Some might take it as a potential future event.

Even if it’s just speculation be careful and clarify it’s a theory

There's no actual warning system in place. If you didn't actually spoil, there's nothing to worry about

I thought you could spoil in the chapter comment section.

@Holo So, someone just PMed they thought spoiled future chapters then?

@Samhill What OP probably meant is that they commented predictions in the comment section of the manga, not the chapters, which people misunderstood it as actual spoilers (I think).

@dandan_the_dandan

That sounds about right. I had a theory about certain manga as to how the MC would get stronger.

Mentioned it in the comments got tagged as a spoiler. I’d just say be careful how you word things as people don’t like spoilers. Even if your just speculating.

If you're speculating about future events, make it clear you are doing so.

Also, a reminder that whoever mod is clearing out the reports isn't necessarily going to be familiar with the manga, so they'll have to make a judgment call based on the fact that it was reported as a spoiler and it's better to err on the side of caution.

Getting your post spoilered is only like a little slap on the wrist anyway, so if I were you I wouldn't really worry about it, as long as you're not making a habit out of posting spoilers where they don't belong.

Anyway, this is not a bug.
