wow a completed webtoon, nice!

you see, the thing about line webtoon website is that it's hard to pick one webtoon from its completed section. It's really hard to know what a webtoon is all about just from its page. the description is minimal, there is no user review, and the rating and like count didn't really help either. since it seems that line doesn't advertise completed webtoon, its completed section is like a graveyard more than anything. from there, I can only pick one to read if the art style compelled me enough, if I know the author, or if someone told me about it. just like you telling me about it. so thank you for that, I don't even know that kind of webtoon even existed.

(well oops, hope you don't mind my semi-unrelated rambling)

and the other one you mentioned is also a new one to me!
Thanks for the recommendation!

Hehe I hope you find them enjoyable!! Kabu no Isaki I found mostly an atmospheric and relaxing read, but Aisopos is one of my favorite comics. It's basically a historic epic and because it has such a defined beginning and end, the pacing and themes are done way better than what you would normally expect from a comic format.

And sadly I'd have to agree on the webtoon graveyard and garbage rating system. I also found out about Aisopos from a friend. It's a shame too since a lot of the very best stories are those that are completed. Aisopos is almost novel-like in how tight it was and how well the story wrapped up. Even current running webtoons that are super great (like space operas Denma or Space Boy) don't get the attention they deserve because the users of the english version of webtoon are so focused on romance stories. There's also a lot of preference towards creators that are more interactive with their fans, which is understandable but I'm still sad that some really good stuff gets swept under the popularity contests.
