Recommendations for manga that are impactful

As the title says, looking for any reccomendations that will leave me thinking about what happened, whether it be in an emotional way through someones death or if something screwed up happens to the main characters. I just want something that impacts me and will leave me thinking about how f/cked up it is

Mahou Shoujo Site had me in a strange state of mind for a while. Pretty messed up.

Boku dake ga Inai Machi had me cry a few times, one of the mangas that touched me the most.

Homunculus is realy good at presenting petrifying stuff with unexpected graphic elements

Zenaku no Zuku can be pretty messed up too (I learned a few things about human anatomy, particularily about tissue resilience to burns)

Finally, nothing made ME feel messed up as much as Sore wa Tada no Senpai no Chinko, as I actually enjoyed it.
