I thought that before writing something history related mangakas maked some research. spartans are neither honored(especially not honored) nor notably strong, not even in greece they were the strongest, thats why they were brutaly defeated and acopplated by epaminondas

I personally like Leonidas design, I think it will be explained why he wears camo pants, for example he 'consumed' various war tactics throughout history or something like that. And unlike Qin, Leonidas actually look like a person that fought in many battles and went through rough situations.

This fight will probably use the practical vs elegant trope, so that wouldn't be surprising.
