Honestly, as much as I love the main series, I really do think there's a lot of mythology outside the stuff everyone is familiar with, and there are some really cool characters mentioned so far that I think definitely deserved some spotlight. It is definitely more of a rule-of-cool series than a properly consequential one since the thirteenth contender is someone we've already seen in the main story, but I think it does have some redemption potential for said character and the fighter they competed against since their fight was so evenly matched we couldn't get a proper sense of their power levels. Regardless though, I'll be tuning in for every chapter just to get a bit more of this bonkers action.

Morigan and Cu Chulainn will fight in the semi finals. I think this because they've got history, people say Morigan is extremely beautiful, but when she tried to seduce Cu, she got rejected, so I think the creator will want to show that dynamic

Pretty much confirms we will go into Sudden Death in the Main Tournament due to a tie. If anything the Gods need to find another fighter ontop of the last one. Maybe a survivor from a Previous Round will move onto the Final Round.

Ok, neat to have some other gods from lesser known religions and folklore partake, but i'm not a fan of how they treat the female egyptian gods as some fawning servants, massive misogyny vibes from this.
