it's nice to see that as always that Nicala tesla is just iron man in a fantasy story.

Honestly really disappointed with Hades's showing. So many cool elements they could've used, helm of invisibility, other cthonic gods, summoning, necromancy. Even his blood magic was underused. Everything he did was a rehash of something we've seen from another fighter already.

I get where you're coming from. All the other gods before him had something interesting to distinguish them. Besides his blood, there wasn't anything generally interesting about Hades besides that he's ultra beefy. He was the third spear user to lose, it's like the author has a vendetta against spears because of how they were the more used weapon in reality or something along those lines.

This is probably my least favorite fight of the lot, but it does have some thematic purpose like the others? It's hard to describe how though.

Awwww....... He called Chun-Yan his "mother". Also, I am disappointed there is no Persephone. She is my favourite and disappointed she isn't here.

One acknowledged himself as a king the other did not. One was fighting for his people as a whole and the other was fighting as a brother.

Ngl, I had figured the Emperor would win, if only because he's the 2nd Chinese guy, and Lu Bu lost. There was a high chance the author wouldn't/couldn't have both Chinese participants lose.
