@Legion_01. Personally i find your rasoning to be dumb. The MC was instilled with fake emotions that ye loved Tao Hua, even though he didn't. Saying that it caused no harm is dumb at, because it dis cause him harm. Tao Hua basically brainwashed him, took the secrets of his family, and continue to brainwash him so MC could be a "lowly slave" in her words, to him. This is akin to rape/Stockholm syndrome, but she is forcefully taking his heart and mind captive without consent, and even though shes the perpetrator he would continue to love her even if she found out. What the MC is doing does not make him a psychopath. Why the he'll would a sane person listen to the reasoning of a rapist? Its all going to be excuses and the person may even try to retaliate and rape/brainwash him again. In fact Tao Hua wants to place another charm on him again. Shes a bitch through and through and her excuses should not be justified by simps like you

@Carerx dude, is not my prob if your bird brain doesn't understand what you read. I'll try todumb it down to your level: 1) i never said i agree with what she has done. Imo she is as bad as the MC. 2) he is a psycho. BEfore the charm, he was shown having violent behavior, no empathy, and such lack of emotions that even his relatives were worried for him. Author's words not mine. That's why both dad and uncle didn't remove the charm. 3)she hasn't stolen anything. The mc's dad taught all she knows, you're just putting your dumb ideas in the comic. I'm not a simp, it's just you being an illiterate.

I'm slightly annoyed by the charm technique, I still think there was a way to make mc more humane further down the line whithout it.

Just a simple spell changing all his behavior and character throughout the whole series seems a bit too easy and unrefined to do imo. It's still a passable way to do it, but borderline bad depending on the execution.
