Boss being unable to do anything except ineffectually lick Sasaki as he's dying on page 12 is surprisingly heavy imagery for such a chill manga.

We saw a glimpse of Boss & Sasaki's past before but seeing it detail like this still hits hard.

Also,I wonder why Yuzu is now working and living alone since from the way she talked about her human "papa & mama", they don't seem to be on bad term.

The anime just showed Bunzo and Sakaki's flashback too. Wonder if the author intentionally timed this.
