Ol' Captain Blue here seems to be inspired by Judge Holden from Cormac McCarthy's novel Blood Meridian. A large, pale, hairless man who is also a depraved murderer and pedophile, leading a group killing Native Americans... yep.
@herz My first thought was of Captain Blue from Dragon Ball... but... I guess your statement makes more sense. I'll have to read Blood Meridian, I've read Child of God and No Country for Old Men and anything Cormac McCarthy has written can't be half bad.
