U ntil reading the author comment I tought the next chapt was gonna be him mascaring every other chosen one and then "peace was achieved"

But if he kills a chosen one, other one will be chosen at a later time so It doenst eliminate the root problem. HE just have to kill every one of the bad people batling the war including that god of arrogance(?) that looks like yisus and somehow remove all seals

@Efkius technically the "side story" the author mentions has already begun since the seals have appeared. I guess it was a nice way for him to swim through the plot while making sense.
However now that he's done such world building around the seals and the empire and other countries, to just shove it aside and call it "the end.... the rest is a snack !" leaves me with a bitter taste.

But I get it that after 9 years, he may want to leave this and continue something else/start another story. I just wish he'd have gone through the seals / empire arc and wrap it up at this, that's a tad' too early imo.

I really hope that the side story evoled to a story of its own. The lore behind the gate is too deep to just brushing it off as 'side story'.
But i get it if author wants to end red storm here since red storm is all about yulian. Heck, perhaps in the new series yulian coukd become tragic antagonist; someone who choose to become a villain to protect his people.
