I got a flood of these messages (well, a handful) today after making my first forum post in several weeks. I see they automatically got put straight in the bin, which is nice, but...

I've gotten spam from bots in the same way that Tumblr had that issue a few years ago, but I've never gotten an actual person doing it.

I also think that putting a restriction of messaging to new accounts would help, so they can't immediately switch to a new one with vpn or whatever and continue their spam, that with the optional addition to "friends only PM" would pretty much cleanse these fuckers.

Also yeah like Sayo said, is weird that putting things on the bin doesn't delete the notification and doesn't remove the messages there after a few days.

I would recommend switching to a new account meanwhile but your list of followed manga won't be transferred... that would be a good option too but maybe I should shut up before the staff tells me "Don't you want free pizza too?!" hehehe
