I think I spotted some mistakes. On page 17 and 18, it looks like Nina is referred to with singular 'they', even though she's referred to as 'she' on page 16 (and she's established as conventionally female anyway).
"It'd be bad if they died now" (p.17), and "They'll be on the gallows the day after tomorrow anyway, so it probably won't be necessary." (p.18) - both lines are clearly talking about a single person (so plural they is out of the question here), and that person is clearly Nina.
