My friend, "modern" dragons are a simplification of the tales by medieval jesters and poets.
All the "cool" features you seek are right there, the dragons just were always the enemy which is what you want not.
Why demons get better treatment then?

wait what do you mean we have dragon ntr
Well, Dragons are experts at stealing other's happiness and hoarding them like treasures, besides dragon killers like Saint George in Medieval literature there are, like in the image, dragons who seduce princesses to take them away, not kidnapping them. The one who comes to take them back is actually the loser who got NTRed.

You mean the one who wrote the story, right? There's only a few selected ones who can write those tales and feel accomplished.

They absolutely don't. "Real demons" are able to defy God despite being created by Him, comic demons are unable to even stand up united against disparaging comments by the general population.
The most "cool" demons you'll find in the current era are from Frieren and only because they are enemies.

1. We don't need a dragon hoard trope. Why is it present even if dragons are good guys?
2. We especially don't need a dragon steals a damsel trope since it is dumb and a shapeshifting dragon trope simply kills this trope.

I am pretty sure you don't know what a dragon is, but from reading some of your statements just the type of lizard you want to pin down (or being pinned down).

Since there are clearly bestiality vibes here the answer is asking a Bard, since they're the most renown Dragon conquerors (by seducing them of course). How about a dragon who's clearly into drugs? Just look at those eyes!
