the point OP wants to make is "there is huge crisis in the numbers of works featuring dragons being inherently dragons and not just turn into some sort of pets or loli waifu or some sort of trophy for the MC." So, yeah, my answer was half a joke, half serious. The current isekai fantasy manga trend doesn't simply caters towards cool dragon actions but MC picking out random girls after each girls after every arc and adding them to his harem.

I can't remember if one of them died, but by the time I left, there's still a strong main character dragon. He's evil but friendly towards our main character until he's not.
MC fought against one big dragon once at least, I'm pretty sure.
