@GGCannon "is that bad" yes? Unsure what exactly your topic is, but the example given (intentionally posting chapter gaps) only has that answer.
It would be less of a clear-cut answer if they posted all the inbetween chapters with that sheduled delayt functionality (so there is still a gap, but it is obvious to the readers, and the missing chapters clearly shows their intention to eventually be posted too. Otherwise we get those mangas with gaps eternally in limbo which are never filled).
At least your example is not as bad as when groups intentionally ruin the protection from mangadex's spoiler-protection by then posting the following chapter. Say everyone is at 190 and 214 is posted, that is not too bad thanks to mangadex spoiler protection. But then if 215 is also posted, nothing protects the reader from accidentally reading it. Even worse is if the delay between 214 and 215 is such that a green timestamp appears for 215, but not 214.
The numbers in my example seem weirdly specific to a relevant case? Can't be, clearly noone would be intentionally malicious, so surely such a situation as my example paints would never appear for real..
