It's good that Border Town doesn't just give prisoners a vacation as they stay in prison eating and sleeping. They are required to work and have successful productivity. Otherwise they will be reviewed and judged again as being a deliberately disobedient and deliberately non-productive prisoner. The current Kingdom society seems to sentence non-redeemable people to be executed.
