I can't say I would, especially knowing how bad high school can be in the west. I'm sure it can be just as bad in asia mind you... That said, knowing everything I know now, there's a shittonne of pitfalls I suppose we could avoid and build on... the problem would be how much would carry forward to when you're done...
Tbh, the worst part of high school--besides puberty--was my home life and without that, I'd probably be okay. No abusive parent, no homelessness, all food paid for? That alone makes me want to sign up, but the experiment is unethical and far too manipulative for my tastes.
It's always heartbreaking to see Arata's interaction with Ohga that even though Arata was preparing himself for it, the fact that Ohga (and Kariu) forgot about him still stings Though it doesn't change the fact that Arata still finds an opportunity to tease them xD Ahh I'll miss their interactions so much and I hope that since Taka is his subject, they'll reacquaint and have a similar bond again!
I'm aware of the next chapter but my point stands on their bond, especially with Kariu
At least we get to see the four of them drink together at last! It's what 3/4 of them were actively wishing for! (Don't think Chizuru ever said any on that front)
They really nailed Arata's conversation with Taka, from the start to the end I love how Arata enters so boldly to the point of creepy territory just like a support division would. It shows he's perfect for it
Okay but really, the whole conversation in how he explains and convinces Taka for the experiment, you can tell it's heartfelt and coming from his own personal experiences but he still frames it as a formal business proposal like a contract It definitely has Arata's flare and you know he's the perfect person for the job >W< I really wish there was a sequel (at least a few chapters) where we can see Arata's support and Taka's experiment and the in betweens ;w; just a taste!
