Given what we've seen of her mother I'm surprised she even went to the doctor to begin with unless some teacher not from her homeroom actually called the ambulance or she was able to get treated as a minor but had to pay back the medical bill herself later or whatever unless you can get treated for free under parents insurance or so

I don't have any idea how soaplands actually work but I would expect them to have good skincare stuff just from constant water exposure. Just excessive hand washing can wreck your skin, after all. Well, if some is interested, i'll write what she did in the live action. I already wrote it on one chapter, but who knows on which now lol
Don't know if the manga does it the same way since i only saw the raws up till ch 122. My guess is it will be the same since everything until this point was...

Karin hires a Yakuza type of guy who deals in human trafficking to kidnap Aoi and sell her of as a sex slave.
They actually end up kidnaping her together and hold her captive in a store house. Karin is happy that she won but Aoi taunts her non stop. She wants to hurt her but the Yakuza guy doesn't allow it since he sees Aoi as a premium slave, and any damage to his "goods" would hurt his business. Aoi still continues to taunt till the point that Karin snaps and grabs a knife. The Yakuza tries to protect Aoi but as he rushes to stop Karin she accidentally stabs and kills him.
Karin now in panic start to again play innocent and blames Aoi for this. She runs to stab Aoi, but Kiritani pops up out of nowhere and takes the stab in his belly. The police also arrives at the same time and arrest Karin.
Aoi in shock and not knowing what happened holds on to the stabbed Kiritani, but he tells her everything will be ok. He explains that he planted a GPS in a charm he gave her, that's why he knew what is happening and acted on his own behind her back.

We then get a small time skip and Aoi and the now recovered Kiritani work at the bar together as a couple. The end.

Considering a soapland is about washing clients in a sexual way too I guess there are prolly some good quality body washes ppl can share if not like a set of nice "bath oils" and going into a jacuzzi together lol altho there's prolly still some women that might wear waterproof makeup as well

Altho sexual aspect aside I can imagine there being some saunas and spas where ppl pay a lot for others to pamper them

The way she uses baby talk (IE referring to herself in third person) despite being a grown ass woman in her late twenties really brings out her "gold digger princess" mindset, and it really speaks volumes of Kippei's character that he didn't immediately vomit upon hearing her speak a complete sentence.
