Report to add English cover arts for Maid-san wa Taberu Dake refused

I was prompted to post about report-related questions in this thread by this reply.

So I sent this report to Maid-san wa Taberu Dake:

And it was refused for some reason.
I'm pretty sure those links all work properly, so why was it refused?

EDIT: They do not work properly, I should've checked before making this post sorry
