Okay, I'm kinda lost here. Why again does Carynne need anyone to "verify her regressions"? Remembering the exact cards in a single game aside (that whole bit was weird), shouldn't her knowledge of the world's future be enough of a proof that it's not a delusion?
At this point, she can recite the first days of each regression down to a word (who argues with whom at her coming of age party, the waiters spilling drinks etc.), and whatever deviations might accumulate thanks to her actions overtime, they still won't change some of the fundamental events outside her reach. Like, I don't know, a war breaking somewhere or important people dying.
I know she's unstable and not sound of mind, but her quest for verification is much more incomprehensible than simply searching for an escape from the loop.
