Also, all we know is he was civil servant, which does make less then the private sector, and from the abuse I would not be surprised if he was still getting an entry level salary (closer to $30k, before income taxes) so this is likely between 4 and 6 months income for him. More then enough to get a reaction, especially for something he just picked up.

Plus this is funds right now, not funds overtime.
