Woah bro, firstly, she did not throw the fireball another magician did. Second of all only Toru realized that it smelled like gasoline and that was back in the dungeon. Third, who would expect that the Silver Wolf was alchemically made out of Gasoline?
Also, Lily, the elf, mentioned that her master could only use 7 of the 9 elements. She never revealed what elements she could use, I am guessing water is not one of them.
