@MihanJae my guess is they want specialists instead of generalists or weapon proficiency is very common to the point it’s not worth mentioning and would look bad if it was your main selling point in this industry no matter how good you are

There's also that the weapon master skill is listed as D rank. So while he's amazing for a rookie taking the test, he's also already hit his peak or very near to it - they won't get any return on the investment of helping him level up.

Because as far as I'm concerned, Koreans have a different concept of goblins (folklore & mythology)
Or it's that they don't want the readers to get the two mixed up
