I could ignore that all of his previous coworkers just happened to find him while he was eating at a random place and that his bag disappeared for some reason and the (very sexist) cliche 'useless girl with an unnaturally strong intuition for no logical reason' but MC's personality killed it for me.

It's one thing to throw her like that and not apologize (just because you can't control your trauma response it doesn't make it less harmful) but to act like a complete asshole toward her is bizarre.
Personally my love and care for my close friends won't just disappear after not seeing them for 4 years. Actually I would be thrilled to see them again considering I lost them in a fucking zombie apocalypse and I would like to believe that's how most people would feel too so seeing the MC's reaction to his close friend left me confused and a little bit pissed.

I know that Korean comics have a serious problem with asshole MCs that can almost rival the Japanese ones and their dense MCs but this is closer to a psycho than an asshole. Why am I supposed to cheer for him exactly? Just because he doesn't rape or personally kill innocent people? Is the bar this low? I'm starting to miss those old school good-natured MCs 😮‍💨

PS: Girls and boys if your friend suddenly resigns and doesn't respond for months then the next time you see them they cut a person in half with a machete do not go after them.
