To be fair there wasn't much of a plot to begin with. They seem to have abandoned the core premise of the series though. It's not about a vtuber girl getting revenge anymore.

It's a story that feels more "real" in a sense. But we are reading fiction.
Also, idfk what's the author doing. Are we about to call the trade between a rape video and a shitting yourself in public video fair?
Or could it be that the MC is so desensitized to it that she could accept the bargain? It could be nice characterization... for sure it ain't engaging tho.
