My theory about another reason Rose might want Eve dead. Hidden behind spoiler button because there are a lot of spoilers for the chapter.

Rose wants Eve dead probably not just because Mikhaelis has positive feelings (I think he sees Eve in more of a positive light maybe? As in he probably doesn't hate her guts.) for Eve. The Homunculi need at least one person of royal blood alive to use the 'Philosopher's Stone' and at the moment they have Rose and Eve. They only need one and I really don't see why they would keep Rose alive considering she also took part in the abuse of the Homunculi. My theory is that they're keeping her alive because she's pregnant with a baby of mixed blood and they'd probably want to know if it's possible to have a child of mixed blood with the help of the 'Philosopher's Stone.' Rose will probably be killed off by Mikhaelis the moment the baby's born because they still have Eve to operate the 'Philosopher's Stone' and Rose likely knows about her impending end. That's why she's trying to get Eve to die first so that way the Homunculi will have no option to keep her alive.
