I get ya. It is used far too much in anime/manga but this is a bit different. She changed to blonde after her life too a downward spiral and returning to her old hairstyle seemed like an effective way to show she's back to the life she wanted. I think this was a good use of the trope. "Old hair, older more mature me"

ngl, i came to the comments expecting someone to mention that she looks too much like her younger self that he fell for as a boy, but the bust makes the difference clear and it okay i think.

But i feel really bad for short flat adult women because a lot of men will be afraid to be with them, myself included.

Minors can't consent, but pettite adult women (legal lolis) have needs too.
