@nobaka Unfortunately, that is incorrect. It has more to do with angular momentum and center of mass of the average slice of bread. If you increase the area of the slice of toast (x4 IIRC), then it will fall jam side up from the average countertop height. The weight of the condiment has no statistically significant effect.

it's not the weight of the condiment. it's weight DISTRIBUTION. yes angular momentum is important, but this isn't the issue

the issue is, if they're going to try to make something sound smart, the least they could do is make it correct
