@Truerror You could try to do it yourself. For something this simple a handy application preinstalled on windows called the snipping tool could do it. For more complex stuff (or if you are on a mac) I recommend using GIMP. It's a very powerful image editor that is a free, open source alternative to Photoshop. It is a lot more complicated than simply using the snipping tool though.
