I'm not the biggest fan of characters who are 'too weak to romance', but at least he isn't squirting blood out of his nose and constantly losing consciousness (my absolute most loathed trope, particularly when it constantly gets in the way of romance and plot development). I'll give this a go, because I like the set up.

OR perhaps it's a game world and the protagonist is one of the characters that the reincarnator/transmigrator lady (assuming she is one) recognized

The unknown name might be a nickname the fans gave him idk

I love how the dad is just him with a much bushier beard, that's hilarious. You can really see that the brothers take after the mom outwardly and inwardly too lol, wouldn't be surprised if MC's her favorite just because he resembles her husband more instead of her.
