This is pretty common in manga, so I dunno if it's like a common misconception in Japan in general, but it kinda bugs me. You don't gotta stop having sex while you're pregnant. It's perfectly safe. In fact, it seems like it's kinda more enjoyable (pregnancy fetishes aside, I mean).
