took me a while to figure out that it meant "i wouldnt have moved to this world" rather than "i would be with her instead of you"

Exactly...the way he was avoiding her question, it made it seem like his last answer was honest, by saying if she summoned him, he would be with her. I think he was trying to be vague in his answer though, just like the baseball reference she clearly would not understand.

Seems like the Queen is both a little upset that he isn't sleeping with other women and a little touched that he seems to be saving himself for her.

I feel like when the time is right, he'll stumble assbackwards into a way for people with too much mana to do basic spells. I don't think this is how that portion of the spell even works, but for an example if the problem was that the number of offerings was some predetermined percentage of their total capacity, then people with way more total wouldn't be able to pull off the spells by saying the same amount of offerings as people with average capacity because they're still overfeeding magic power into it by much more than the tolerable variation allows for. Y'know, where someone else could maybe adjust by going up or down by one offering, even if someone with a lot more magic just straight up drops it to 1 it still might be too much. So, if someone like him made an offering of 0.25 instead of 1, perhaps that could make a difference in that case.

Clearly thinking way too hard about a hypothetical even I don't expect to be the actual scenario that would unfold.
TL;DR: I think something along the lines of modern math might revolutionize this spellcasting business.

They got this Ugly ass dude shooting at Octavia as her husband. I kinda guessed it at the same time, and I don't blame her. He got giant pockets, but seriously... To have a beautiful wife, only for her to fall for the MC is just sad... xD

It occurred to me that it's a bit unusual with an isekai where it's commonly known to everyone that the MC is from another world. Usually it's a secret to everyone for a large part of the manga, and revealed to a select few over time, if at all.

Either magic is extremely inconvenient in that world or the locals barely know how to use it, and thus use in inefficiently.

Excellent point. Although, considering his baseball metaphor previously, isnt he pretty much saying that "Octavia's too pretty and out of my league so i probably wouldnt have stayed, but I was fine staying with your nigga ahh"?
