didn't get the point of this chapter tbh. seemed unnecessarily dark and edgy compared to the other dark chapters.

maybe its to juxtapose that even though humans are really shitty (nearly destroyed the earth), that shittiness is not inherent to humans only. the newfolk can be just as shitty and crazy as humans.

@cromat agreed, this one was a bit too dark. Wish it could've ended on a better note, but i guess the point was that jumping to conclusions and thinking only on your side may lead to bad consequences in life.

Also, reading this again, the goat girl was probably harmed at some point by a male, since she is clearly afraid of them, to the point of becoming terrified when the snake guy grasped her hand. Really wish she had a better end...
