@welcome2atlantis So I know I am 10 months late, but I figured I'd still share this tidbit:

IIRC there is a small percentage of people that are, for whatever reason, pretty much immune to tasers. Sometimes because it just doesn't effect them and sometimes because they can simply tank the pain. There is also drugs too, but this guy was probably just a hell of a tank.
