It's really interesting to see what the author had in mind already versus what he came up with later on. I mean, obviously the "school for monsters" aspect is completely absent, and what we hear of the headmaster in this is a far cry from how Mikogami is presented in the final story. But to think the twist of "Inner Moka" being the real Moka was already present this early. People who got to read this version while the serialization was ongoing sure had a lot to think about. Wish they had republished this in the volumes, maybe even with the author's commentary.
...Yeah, that was one hell of a personality change, this Tsukune really maxed out his talk-no-jutsu from the get-go, had he not maxed it out he would've been cooked, Ig being a social great guy gives unique buffs.
