As long as we aren't threatened or sued or there is a high quality official translation that's up to date, we don't have any plans to drop RGS. I'm somewhat hopeful we can continue since this appears to be Medibang's translation and scans. Medibang already did the first volume which has been available in english for over a month now and we haven't received anything yet.

As far as I'm aware, no. The entire 1st Vol. in english is available for purchase on bookwalker but it's exactly what you'll now slowly get on comikey.
