So much for subtlety, but I guess we can pretty much piece together who our MC really is. Although if so, the twisting of the curse seems to be missing (since being perceived as an uggo seemed to be part of the wish, not the tradeoff.) There's still a piece of the puzzle that's yet to be revealed.

The twisting of the wish is the Kreumhild is still alive, and Lynn exists to live the life that Kreumhilde WISHED she could have.
The worst thing that can happen to someone's wish is to have a doppleganger appear, and that soppleganger gets to live your wish while you are forced to watch.

I knew it! After the twist in 41.5, I always considered this as a possibility! Welp, lets see how the other characters deal with this reveal

I have a feeling more people would remember Monkey's Paw from an episode of The Simpsons. It was a Treehouse of Horror episode, although that episode implied that if you are selfish then the paw would twist your wish but if you are pure then wishes are granted as is.

There is something beautifully fucked up about Kriemhild wishing to be reincarnated so she could go on adventures with the man she loves, only for her reincarnation to be miserable and discover on those adventures what a monster Siegfried truly is (in very intimate detail). Amazing twist!
