Not nearly as much as people think. "Poison" is as simple as "medicine" in too high of a dose. Aspirin can help you get rid of a headache, but if you take the whole damn bottle it can just as easily be your last headache, as well.

The thing is, if you've reincarnated is there really any point in hunting down your past life enemy to kill them? You already know people reincarnate and with their memories intact at least some of the time. Kind of makes revenge seem especially petty.
