Since this post is so old I can't edit it anymore, here is what it turns out happened:

RtE was monthly for its first 7 chapters (Dokodemo Young Champion issue 2023-1 through 2023-7). It then made an unannounced shift to a quarterly schedule. So there was a one-month gap before chapter 8 came out in DYC 2023-9, and then another 3 months for chapter 9 in DYC 2023-12, chapter 10 in DYC 2024-3, and chapter 11 in DYC 2024-6.

The quoted post came around when RtE had no-showed DYC issues 8, 10, and 11 and it wasn't very clear yet if it was hiatused or what was going on.
