That guy (Kamata) really blamed Inukai for splitting up when he was the one who ordered to split up, just so that he could go take a piss and smoke while sitting on a rock. Shifting blame, unable to even admit own faults.
What a shitty superior. He should be at least demoted and possibly fired. His irresponsibility almost resulted in the loss of a life. The only reason it didn't was due to the perpetrator's mercy.

A note about the character mentioned: Yuuka Yanagime, the deceased Omi Katou's lover, previously had her surname mistranslated as Yanazame. I went back to chapter 2, at the start of which her full name was written in the character sheet. It seems that the translator originally misread the romaji ぎ (gi) as ざ (za). The first kanji of her surname (柳) is also read as "Yanagi" if checked in a dictionary.
The translator probably wasn't able to read the kanji so they wrote the romaji instead, but made a mistake due to the small image size.

Interesting fact: 柳女 means Willow Woman, and there is an old legend about her.
There is a Wikipedia page about the story but it's only in Japanese. From what I understood, this is what the story was about: On a windy day, the child in the arms of a woman under a willow tree passed away. Most likely her own child. Then the branch of the nearby willow wrapped around her neck, killing her. From that day on, she became one with the willow tree, crying at night.
It is possible that the author took inspiration from that legend as the Yanagi in this story was unable to bear children, while the Willow Woman's child in the legend died.
