Should this be read as a prequel to Rozen Maiden I or as the beginning of the series? Should I be concerned about spoilers for this if I read 1? Or is like Fate/Zero and UBW where it doesn't matter where you start cause watching either one will spoil the other?

@DANDAN_THE_DANDAN it is a prequel, yes. You can totally read this before going into the main manga and not get spoiled, though you NEED to skip chapter 15.5 since it's a bonus chapter that spoils the end of the main manga. I'd honestly prefer that chapter be in it's own listing tbh.

I guess another thing I wanna say here is that RM0 Project's earlier uploads have some glaring issues with them, like the translator for those chapters got our main human protagonist's name wrong. I'm gonna fix those at some point but I'm distracted with typesetting the final chapters.
