RSS Features (follow), manga chapters

so, i added my RSS into my channel in Discord using Discord.RSS, but i noticed that 2 problems and idk if these problems can be fixed, and with this in mind i thought in creating a suggestion

1° Create a filter that shows only one chapter for a manga

for example, in a manga exist a lot of Ch.1 From "Test" group and again "Ch.1 From "Test2" group, and with this filter, will show Ch.1 from "Test" group only (being the first group that uploaded the chapter)

2° Chapters being resent when a chapter is reuploaded

in my opinion when a new chapter is reuploaded the timestamp was not supposed to reset, because with this, the chapter is resent again, which is a bad thing to have RSS (and the purpose of RSS is to receive the most recent things, not reuploaded)

i'm not sure if these things are impossible or not to add, but if are possible, pls i hope the team can do this

1) actually no, in Discord, a person suggested to block the group (which will not work, since they will post other manga and if i follow that manga, i will not get updates) and for me, this need to be changed in MD end, not the user.

2) i know that is new, but when u already read that and the group reupload that chapter, it will send again (which is not a good thing to RSS) a lot of people don't like being notified again about that chapter (because it was reuploaded).

i read that, and i hope this will be added with the changes, and tachiyomi have this filter.

ik it's not meant to be a complicated thing, but the purpose of a RSS is always to send NEW contents, delivering a OLD chapter that was uploaded 1month ago (already readed, and reuploaded now for example) breaks the purpose of the feed, and a lot of people don't know how to use regex like me being a big problem.

also in my opinion is not difficult to add the filter to show only one chapter for a manga in the rss & manga page (or not)

and remember that a scanlator sometimes post a chapter with only numbers, like > Manga Name - 9 < (before the number should have Chapter)

just because u know how to add a regex filter it doesn't mean others are forced to know too, and in my vision this will be a good feature to add, and optional to not make everyone angry about this

(not about the reupload, but about the filter chapter number)
