Author got into speedrunning because they watched RTA In Japan.

Split chapters because author splits it. 2.2 comes out on March 11, 2.3 comes out on March 25.

Also, I'm still looking for a group to take over this series since I don't identify as a speedrunner. Anyone is welcome to take over, but ideally the next group would like speedrunning and being fast, and even better if they have/had a WR in a non-trivial category before like I did.

Fully agreed. I forgot from which manga it was, but there was one where split chapters ended MID SENTENCE. That was so fucking dumb.

I'm surprised she called him a pervert and not a maniac or a lunatic. Anyway, I was expecting a "restart" of the situation to stay true to the RTA premise, but we're actually continuing on from the "bugged speedrun" timeline. It's mildly amusing how he has a frantic need to do something because he feels like he's still being timed. In terms of other non-RPG games, he's like an RTS player obsessed with keeping his APM up and sitting around "doing nothing" is anathema to how he plays.
