No i am not, you clearly misunderstood me and need to go back and read what i said again, or you dont know what plot armor actually is.
plot armor by its loose definition is immunity to damage because the character is too important to die, and with just that you could make a argument that every MC ever have plot armor as long as it's not R.R. Martin who writes the story, as the MC never dies in most stories.
But the way most people use it is that important character survive damage
for no logical reason.
Take my old example from the last post, its not plot armor if the character actually wears armor to protect himself.
He is getting out of jail as a result of him picking up the ring, something which has a buildup and a payoff and is a logical course of events if any character was in the same position as the MC.
Plot armor would have been if he got saved from jail by a character he had never interacted with or if he pulled out some mcguffin that he got off screen.
