I like how the author included this question as a tactless rude question from one of the characters to make a potentially weird line seem more natural. Although it still came across as "by the way, how's your sex life?", lol.

also a little method of getting pregnant people seem to forget is something called artificial insemination.
basically take a sample of semen, put it in a turky baster, insert it in the vagina, and once its inside squeeze the contents out.
there is your explaination on how aoki got pregnant with a dragon that doesn't require a giant dragon stick being put in her.
