Yeah, I'm also on the "getting bored" side. I mean, it's story about Ruri, dragon girl, and now for 2 months, we're getting nowhere with this trope. Is there really nothing more to say about her, that the author has to introduce irrelevant side characters and focus on them? It's literally chapter 27, we've barerly become familiar with MC, we know nothing about her other than that she's shy, not good with people and is freaking dragon in human flesh. Is it really time to throw to the mix some "arch-nemesis" of the guy, that had appeared in like dozen of panels throught the whole story?
Don't get me wrong, I still like this manga and I'll read it for sure, but I'm getting a feeling, that the author is kinda clueless about where to go with his story.

Try to imagine this scenario - this manga is getting animated. After whole build up, where Ruri cotrolled freaking typhoon to overcome people's bias towards her and help them, even tho they were mean to her, we're leading to one of three great school event - sport festival! What will happen to our dear Dragon-chan?! Oh... She... She just grown wicked horns... And who are these guys again? I remember this dark-haired one, but who's the other? Anyway, back to Ruri! What is she up to?! Oh, she... She's just carrying heavy stuff... Yeah...

You see how anticlimactic that is? You know what I mean?

She getting stronger from gathering faith points or something from all that helping? Deity shenanigans.

The shape of her horns is going all over the place.
Imo this seems like the most obvious and logical answer, but...
Is Ruri's new super strength from her dragon side?

Or from her mom's implied secret superhuman hero side?
This would be a LOT more fun, lol. I'm hoping for her mom's reveal that she's actually an alien & being on this planet gives their kind insane energy and strength, & the whole "fucking a dragon" business was actually a bid to make Ruri more normal so she doesn't go super-saiyan monke mode & destroy the city once her tail grows in :pacman:

Because of her crazy strength and horns' shape going all over the place, she's probably on the verge of another emerging trait going wild.

Her horns are her state of mind or something, so she's super hyped for the event and that super strength is probably draconic adrenaline.

My guess: she's gonna crash and sore so hard after event.

I would not be shocked if Ruri hasn't entirely processed the fact that she has super strength; she seems to feel like the things she's lifting aren't as heavy as they look, and she's been super busy. She might not have had time to really think about it yet.

"getting bored" side +1
I am here by more TF dragons, super str is cool, but boring in the effect in the story
I want know about the mistery of world building, hero (asociation?)

This is a slice of life, but, how a dragon girl is a slice of life boring =/, there are shoujos more interesting

Time to lessen the sugar and skooma intake guys.

You can have a few chapters about character development in a social way without epic turning point or suspens...

We're seeing more of the boy that got his hair burned and he seem to have taken a liking to Ruri (as a friend for the moment).
Her horns are shifting more and more as she gets happier and it seems to give her more strenght.

Ruri showing off super strength is awesome, but I'm more impressed that they had the right size for the wedding dress and maid outfit.
Noting the size of the biggest guy + adjustable straps perhaps?

On a different note, I just got into this story so I'm in the "this is a nice read" phase.

This is still a coming-of-age slice-of-life story, not some kind of action adventure drama mystery. It's like people are expecting the typical shounen comic standards of excitement just because the MC is a dragon with powers.

Someone even said "other shoujo manga are better"? As if this was a cheesy romcom instead of a young character (doesn't actually matter if she was a girl or a boy) finding her place in the world despite being different. (The people looking for excitement are better off cuz the demographic is shounen, meaning young boys.) Comparing it to shoujo manga is just stupid.

People just wanting this to be another isekai is just sad, either you enjoy the slice of life (plot never mattered) or you don’t…
