It's 6℃, (and 80℉ is 26.7℃ and 91.6℉ is 33℃)
I like sane units for everything except temp. In freedom units 0 is fuckin cold and 100 is fuckin hot. Nothing about 40 says “hot” to me. It’s not intuitive

Intuitivity is completely relative, both to which system you're used to and what temperatures you're used to. Trying to argue for Fahrenheit because it's more intuitive is very silly when just within this comment thread there are people who found it to be incredibly confusing for 43 degrees to be considered "cold" (tbf, there are also people who would find 6 ℃ being called a "winter day" to also be very strange because, like I said, how people think of temperature is also relative to what you're used to)

Honestly I'm surprised that the powers that be haven't taken the SCP approach of just covering everything up and putting Ruri into hiding.
Wait until all those kids start learning about their career opportunities.

"I'm good with computers, I think I want to be a software engineer!"
"Good, but your options are - analyst in dragon diplomacy ministry, lab assistant in dragon research facility, or dragon information leaks cleanup team"
"Can't I try something else?!"
"You can, but then information cleanup team will go after you. You've already seen too much."

Ruri became a somewhat more useful version of King MIdas.
Also is she thinking "this isn't my turf" to suppress her freezing abilities?

i think the biggest reason why he can't divulge more is that while there's a peace treaty, it's not true co-existence. the ryuu want to withhold information on their abilities because humans knowing more about their weaknesses is a threat to them. it makes sense to me why an organisation trying to maintain amicability between the races would have their hands tied when it comes to explaining things to a half human half dragon. the dragons view her more as a human and the humans view her as a dragon, so she's in a legal quagmire
