The way I see it, it's less like "If you don't stop playing, I'll r*pe you", and more like "If you don't stop I'll take what you're saying seriously, so if you aren't serious stop."
It's romantic in a way where if you're already in a friendly relationship with someone, it's a playful banter. It's a fun way of getting consent. If they stop, then it's done. If they don't, then the play continues. Could it be more clear or explicit, sure? But that isn't always how interactions between people work.
But of course this is only works when you know the person. If it was a stranger, creepy as hell. But she has shown interest multiple times. So 🤷
